FKO focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Yesterday, all FKO staff had a full day of professional development solely focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).This work is necessary for meeting the needs of our children and their families. We look forward to continuing to grow and evolve as an organization and we commit to making DEI a regular part of our daily practice. We would like to send a HUGE thank you to our presenters, Omari Aarons, Paul Forbes, Craig Martin, Gina Morales-Taveras, and Donna Jasak. We would also like to thank our Conference Consultant, Lee Foley and our DEI Committee members. This day would not have been as amazing without all of you!
