Yesterday, all FKO staff had a full day of professional development solely focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).This work is necessary for meeting the needs of our children and their families. We look forward to continuing to grow and evolve as an organization and we commit to making DEI a regular part of our daily practice. We would like to send a HUGE thank you to our presenters, Omari Aarons, Paul Forbes, Craig Martin, Gina Morales-Taveras, and Donna Jasak.
