Today was a great day to honor the accomplishments of FKO’s Full-Time Group Leaders! We are six months into our first year of piloting FKO’s Full-Time Group Leader Apprenticeship program, BASE (Building the Abilities and Skillsets of OST Educators), and we have so much gratitude for each of the Full-Time Group Leaders. We are already seeing positive changes within the program sites due to the dedication of these staff members and their mentors! Thank you, Full-Time Group Leaders!
