FKO Embarks on Work with Strategy Matters

FKO is pleased to announce the engagement of Strategy Matters, LLC, a Boston-based consulting group to guide our ongoing organizational work on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).  The Strategy Matters team will use their expertise as they lead FKO’s Board and staff through a series of organizational assessments, stakeholder conversations, and goal setting to build shared language, expectations, and readiness to dive more deeply into DEI work. DEI work cannot be completed quickly or with ease, but this expert consultation is an important step forward. We look forward to learning how to be effective agents for change and growth in DEI.
