‘Our Bodies, Our Minds’ Enrichment at Youth In Motion in Revere!

Thanks to the Revere CARES Coalition, FKO was able to partner with Beraka Juice to host an event where Revere children learned about the connection between physical and mental health through healthy food choices and mindfulness! The children had so much fun making their own juice and tasting their creations! Each child ended the day by taking home a bag full of produce and a healthy recipe card!
