With reductions in opportunities for physical activity during the school day, Youth in Motion gets children moving during the out-of-school time hours to better improve their mental, physical and overall wellbeing. Kids play basketball and group games in the Gymnasium, while the Dance and Yoga Studio offers movement and mindfulness opportunities. The Reflection Room provides space for high-needs learners to relax, self-regulate and decompress.
