Winthrop Summer Showcase

What a great summer it has been for the children of Winthrop!

Children entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade completed two outstanding projects this summer and showcased them at a special family event last week.

‘The Art of Emotion’ helped children learn about their emotions and how to handle them in a healthy way. In ‘Pollution Solution’, children explored our oceans and ways to keep them clean.

In addition to these projects, the children got to know themselves better as they completed activities about their heartprint and ways to be kind to others. We are so proud of all their hard work and know that they will return back to the Gorman School with new knowledge and wonder! A special thank you to Winthrop Public Schools for being such collaborative partners!
