Jennifer Padilla

Jennifer is passionate about supporting families in need and has dedicated her career to providing resources and guidance to those facing challenges. At CAPIC Head Start in Chelsea, she served as a family advocate, connecting families with essential services and helping them navigate difficult situations. Her experience extends to the Early Learning Center (ELC) in Chelsea, where she worked closely with the special education department and afterschool programs, ensuring that children received the support they needed to thrive. Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys exploring new coffee shops, discovering different music genres, expressing her creativity through painting, and cherishing quality time with her family.
