Jake Kocot

Jake grew up in Florence, MA and graduated from Northampton High School in 2009. After graduating from UMass Dartmouth in 2013 with a Bachelors degree in Crime and Justice Studies, Jake began his career as a Social Worker on Cape Cod. Jake obtained a Master’s of Social Work from Simmons University in 2018 while working as a community and home-based Social Worker across Boston. Jake joined the For Kids Only Afterschool team as a Social Worker in Revere in the Summer of 2023.
