We work with teachers, families, and the kids, to outline a support plan that gives individual children guidance and space to achieve. They provide training and support to our staff to ensure the best experience for each kid. We start by setting rules and expectations with the kids. Throughout the day, our staff provides positive reinforcement and praise, along with logical consequences, when needed. The ASP, which is shared with FKO educators, communicates the child\u2019s strengths, challenges, and required accommodations.
