Yesterday was a day of celebration! Across all FKO program sites, children, staff and families celebrated Lights On Afterschool!, a nationwide event recognizing the important role afterschool programs play in the lives of children, families and communities. Children made clay lightbulbs, puzzle piece lightbulbs and mason jar lanterns, decorated pumpkins and cookies, and expressed their love for afterschool through song and art!
