For Kids Only Afterschool (FKO) proudly announces that District Director Nick Jean Baptiste, Deputy Director Briana Flannery, and Site Director Pat Shea, had the esteemed privilege of hosting a workshop titled “Staffing Success: A Full-Time Formula for Retention and Program Quality” at the National AfterSchool Association’s National Afterschool Convention in Dallas, Texas last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop, held amidst industry peers and experts, showcased FKO’s commitment to excellence in afterschool programming. Baptiste, Flannery, and Shea not only shared valuable insights but also engaged in an enriching exchange of ideas with fellow Out-of-School Time (OST) leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FKO remains dedicated to enhancing the afterschool experience for children and families through continuous learning and collaboration. The insights gained from the convention will undoubtedly inform FKO’s ongoing efforts to provide exceptional afterschool care and programming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
