For Kids Only Afterschool (FKO), a leading provider of afterschool educational programs, had the honor of welcoming Revere Acting Mayor Patrick Keefe during Massachusetts STEM Week. The visit was a significant event that showcased the importance of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education for young minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acting Mayor Keefe took time to visit FKO Revere, where children were actively engaged in a range of exciting STEM activities such as Volcano Pumpkins, Hands-On 3-D Shapes and Life-Size Scarecrows. The visit provided an opportunity for the local government leader to witness firsthand the positive impact that afterschool programs have on the education and development of the community’s youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, Acting Mayor Keefe interacted with the children, answering their questions, sharing insights, and inspiring their curiosity about STEM subjects.
