Deeply proud of her Salvadorian roots, Kaylee Aguilar was drawn to community involvement from a young age, inspired by her mother’s work at an immigrant rights organization. This experience laid the foundation for her deep-seated passion for socioeconomic justice and youth development. During her high school years at Winthrop High, Kaylee expanded her involvement, actively participating in various local organizations. Now, with over seven years in the nonprofit sector, she has been instrumental in program management and development, driving impactful initiatives in the East Boston area. She is determined to contribute to organizations that have a meaningful impact on their communities. She is currently studying Business at North Shore Community College. In her free time, she is an avid movie enthusiast and embraces her creative side as an artist.
