Jefferson Guerrero

Jefferson Guerrero was born and raised in Boston, MA, and has been dedicated to working with children since 2015, when he began his journey as a teen staff member for the City of Boston. With experience across various non-profit organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, and local community centers, Jefferson brings a deep passion for youth development and creating joyful, welcoming environments for all kids. He especially loves seeing the smiles on children’s faces and takes pride in knowing they’re having so much fun that they don’t want to leave at the end of the day. Coming from a large family with five brothers and one sister, Jefferson enjoys spending time with his many nieces and nephews. Outside of work, he’s a car enthusiast who enjoys working on his car, dining out with friends, and visiting family. He’s excited to bring his energy and experience to the FKO team!
