Program Information
This
school-based program services children in grades K-8 from the
Lincoln School. This on-site
school location has a strong collaboration with the school and
public school faculty and support staff. The program offers
traditional after-school services with a focus on
homework help, social development and academic enrichment. Use
of the school gym allows for physical activities to compliment
the program health and nutrition curriculum focus.
Site Coordinator: Carly Smith
Carly Smith, Site Coordinator of For Kids Only Afterschool's
Lincoln School program, is a graduate of Fitchburg State
College. Carly is a strong believer that success is
possible for all children. Her core values as an afterschool
educator is to generate a positive self image and confidence for
children to have in themselves and their strengths. Every day,
she strives to create more joy in the children's lives by
delivering dynamic, educational programming based on the
children's interests and their world around them. Carly quotes,
"With a positive attitude and focus, the sky is the limit."
